Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe!

On July 25th my office celebrated Christmas in July and we all brought something to eat, so I decided to bake some mint chocolate chip cookies. If you know me, you know I love to bake! I am currently on the hunt for a sweet new apron. The only thing I changed about this recipe was the chocolate chips. Instead of using Nestle chocolate chips, I chopped up some Andes chocolate mints and made chocolate "chunks."

* I also added some chocolate chunks on the top before baking them so that they could be visible.
