90 Day Journey
Alright, so I am the biggest I've ever been. 196 Pounds. That was hard for me to write.
I really want to change that- not because I hate myself (although, sometimes I do), but because I love myself, and I want to be better. I know I can be better. Cassey Ho did something similar to this- she did 90 days of what she called a "lazy keto." Her journey is definitely more intense than mine will be, since I am catering it to what I feel my body needs.
I will be seeking to cut out the following foods from my diet because they cause bloating:
-Sugar/ added sugars
-Dairy (mostly liquid-type dairy, because hard cheeses don't bloat me as much)
-Bread
-White Rice
-Fried Foods
I might be adding to the list as time goes on- in fact, I added one to the list today. You'll see. Also, today was not a good start. You'll see. lol
Why am I blogging this? Because I want accountability. I know that if someone out there is reading this and keeping up, I can't let them down! If you're reading this, thank you and sorry. lol

So, today I realized how much I like sugar. I've always thought I wasn't that addicted because I am pretty sensitive to sugar and I know when I've had enough...... in one sitting. I didn't realize how much I sprinkle it through out my day. This really is the silent killer!!! I had some of it today, and it will be the last time in these 90 days. I know what you're thinking, "Ericka.... it's day 1 and you already messed up?" Yes. That's why I'm doing this blog, so I don't make that mistake again. I am embarrassed.
I had no Breakfast this morning because I wasn't hungry, but I did go on a 2 mile jog, which was fun.
For lunch, I had pasta with chicken and veggies. Now, I chose this pasta because it's a veggie-based pasta, but it ended up bloating me BAD. I look at the ingredients, and the pasta contained wheat. Maybe that's what bloated me? Let me know what you think.

For a snack, I had an HEB packaged snack that contained apples and caramel (another sugar), I wanted to eat it though because it was sitting in my fridge and I didn't want it to go bad. However, I will not be buying it again.
For dinner, I had a chicken caesar wrap with Jalapeño chips from McAllister's which honestly, hit the spot!
However, I did have a sweet tea with it.... IT WAS FREE OKAY?! also, sugar ends here. I thought I took a pic of my wrap, but I couldn't find it.
