First of all, wow. Thank you so much for the overwhelming support. Honestly, I thought maybe two people would see it and encourage me through out my journey (which would've been fine), but SO many of ya'll were nice and sent me sweet messages.

Thank you for being vulnerable with me and sharing your own stories. <3

Okay, done being sappy.

So, for breakfast I had an Acai smoothie with berries and chia seeds. I usually add honey to sweeten it, but I added a banana instead and it was perfect! These are the Acai packets I get- love them.

I'm thankful that I can enjoy a black coffee on any given day, so taking out sweeteners from that hasn't been difficult- although I still crave a vanilla sweet cream cold brew all the time.

I made coffee to prepare to record for my podcast, and hydrated too!

For lunch I made a chicken caesar salad. I did add caesar dressing to it- It has dairy, but I've never had a problem digesting it and I only put a few small dollops on top. I wanted to incorporate veggies to this meal, but I didn't want it on my salad, so I seasoned some brussels sprouts with broccoli, and made it a side dish. This meal was very filling!

For a snack I had a handful of this popcorn right hurrrr:

For dinner I had two morning star black bean patties. I added habanero jack cheese on top of one of the patties, and avocado on both. This HIT THE SPOT. 10/10 recommend.

As far as hydrating goes, I could be better. I refilled my 32 oz water bottle twice and the goal is to fill it 4 times. Hoping to improve on this soon.

Also, I am keeping a food journal to document how every meal makes my body feel. This will help me figure out which foods I respond well to.

Now let me tell you about an accidental fail...

I was so excited to try this prickly pear sparkling water from HEB, so I bought a pack without checking the ingredients. I took the first few sips and realized it was sweet. I turned it around and saw that one can has 10 grams of sugar! it was such a bummer. I didn't finish the drink, and will stick to water and unsweetened lime sparkling water.

To end my day, I went on a jog and saw this beautiful sunset.
