Day 7 of 90
Today was not good, so I'm just going to be honest with you because I don't want to seem like I'm making excuses.
Yesterday we found out our cat has Feline Lukemia. It's a virus that attacks the immune system and creates infections. It's been stressful- I never thought I would care for a pet as much as my cat, so my thoughts and attention has been focused on making him feel better. When I get overwhelmed, I put myself in the back burner and today was a result of that.
For breakfast, I had some apples and peanut butter. It wasn't a full meal, but I didn't want to skip breakfast so I ate something.

For lunch, I had left over taco soup. I didn't feel like cooking so I just ate some leftovers.

and for dinner, I had some steak that was in our fridge. Normally I would pair this with veggies to get some greens in, but I just felt exhausted.
Also, I had coffee like twice today haha that never happens.

In order to take care of myself better I need a plan, so here is my plan for tomorrow:
Breakfast: Smoothie or oatmeal
snack: fruit or peeta chips with hummus
lunch: homemade chicken wrap
Dinner: Veggie bowl with riced cauliflower?
I want to have at least a plan so I hope tomorrow is better! Trying not to beat myself up today. Hey, when you signed up for this, you signed up for realness. ;)
