Day 9&10 of 90

Hey guys!!! I didn't forget about day 9, It just got busy 'round these parts.

We ar:e officially in the double digits people!!!! That's something to celebrate.

Day 9:

For breakfast I had oatmeal again- it was delishhhhh. (peep my cat in under the cabinets)

For lunch I had this asian ramen we get at HEB. SO GOOD. I know I wasn't eating pasta.... but I don't count this as pasta and it doesn't bloat me, soooo..

For dinner, we had a virtual pizza party. We wanted to be a part of the fun but still be "healthy," so we got cauliflower crust pizza. It wasn't bad! but I won't get it again. hahaha it actually bloated me pretty bad.

Also, we had to chose a theme, and of course we did Harry Potter.

Day 10:

Today was a busy day, we got up early to go volunteer at Convoy of Hope which was a relief respond with our church for the recent hurricane we had here. I was SOOO proud of myself because they had doughnuts and fruit for breakfast for the volunteers, and Pique and I had enough self control to say no to the doughnuts. Guyssss.... that's progress. We had fruit for breakfast, not pictured here.

For lunch I made myself a turkey wrap and had some pita chips and hummus on the side.

For dinner, I had to go to HEB, because we ran out of groceries. Guys... I really wanted something bad. Like a pizza or something, but again, I had self control and got some rotisserie chicken and made a caesar salad. As I was driving I was actually excited for my salad- that never happens. Peep my cat again lol.

I also went to the refrigerated drink section at HEB, and saw the Vitamin water had a "Zero Sugar" drink, I was so excited. But then I saw the nutrition facts in the back, and it said it had 26g of ADDED SUGARS! I was so upset about the false advertisement. Do better Vitamin Water.

I got this Bai water instead. They advertised it as only 1g of sugar, and it was true!! Go Bai!!! The drink was okay... but at least they're truthful! Respect.

Overall, I feel good about the past two days. I can feel myself craving healthier foods again. Also, today I stood in front of the mirror with a sports bra and work out shorts on, and I felt confident. I know I'm not where I'm supposed to be, but I'm feeling better about myself and I'm not as bloated all the time anymore. I think that's progress.
