day 15 & 16 of 90

Hey guys,

I feel like this one is gonna be all over the place because it was a hard week and I didn't do as good of a job tracking my meals for day 15.

I don't remember what I had for breakfast or lunch- I thought I took pics but I guess I didn't.

I had grapes for a snack, and Asian Ramen for dinner.

Also, my friend Cooper has been keeping up with the blogs and sent me money to treat myself to coffee! She clearly knows the way to my heart because It def cheered me up.

I didn't have bfast again. I don't think this will become a habit, it was just a tough morning

For lunch I had a turkey wrap with some strawberries on the side.

I was feeling very snacky today because I also had a cheese stick and grapes- and then some edamame later.

Finally, for dinner I had a Mediterranean chicken and rice dish with some hummus on a flax seed wrap.

I've been emotionally drained this week, but today I got some rest and time with Jesus, and that helped a lot!
