day 17 & 18 of 90

hey guys!

For some reason, a lot of my pics got deleted so I only have a few meal pics to show you.

Yesterday for breakfast I had some fruit- I need to get better at breakfast, but honestly I just need to get back on track (more of that later).

also, these 2 days are very asian based foods.

for lunch I had some sushi and had some edamame as a snack later

Then for dinner we found this awesome frozen stir fry meal, Pique added veggies to it because it dind't come with a lot of them and then we paired it with these AMAZING- MY FAVVVVVV dumplings from the asian market. So good.

Today I didn't have breakfast because I was in pain all morning (girl probs). so for lunch I had a Mediterranean dish (I had some left over rice from last time) and I cooked the chicken.

And for dinner, I had some edamame with some leftover dumplings.

this next part has some TMI girl stuff- just a warning:

Now these past two days have been very "carby" but usually when I'm about to get my period that's what my body craves. I also leaned towards more prepared meals because I get very lethargic when I'm PMS-ing. I think it's better to indulge in these foods rather than cake (which is what I truly wanted) lol. I have a plan for the next few days that will contain more nutritious foods and I'm excited to share that- hopefully my body gives me the energy to want to cook hehe.
