day 20 of 90

Hey ya'll!!

We made it to day 20! Today was def better than yesterday when it came to food choices.

For breakfast I had an Acai smoothie. I am familiar with this acai packet brand, but I've never seen the "protein" ones before, so I snagged one.

for lunch I had some chicken, potatoes, and carrots. The carrots didn't have the best taste... lol tbh.

but overall, it was a good meal. Also, I made a homemade latte.

I ended up accidentally having a really late dinner, but I had a wrap. originally, I was gonna make a sausage and veggie platte, but I didn't have time. I'll try that tomorrow!

Overall, I felt pretty good about today. It felt more balanced.
