Day 21 of 90

Welcome back!

today started with some bacon and eggs. I hadn't had bacon in WEEKS. It felt good to eat it, but now I am more aware of how my body reacts to food, and..... I rather have oatmeal. UGH I KNOW.

This is not to say that I won't crave it again, but my body is def tuning itself towards healthier choices- which is a great sign. :)

It's been a hard week, so pique and I had a day out and we treated ourselves with some iced coffee- it was glorious.

For lunch i had a chicken caesar wrap and some strawberries. Pretty standard :)

for dinner I had a sausage and veggie plate. Veggies included zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper

So, tomorrow is my bday. I am def having a cheat meal- no depravity here!
