Day 28-30 of 90

Hey guys!

I'm getting busier and busier as the semester is about to begin. We're about to start Chi Alpha regularly as well as building small group, so it's been a crazy week for our staff but we're so excited to start again! That's why I haven't been updating as much.

I've been doing good these last few days at getting back on track! here's what I've had for some meals.

For breakfast on the 28th I had apples and peanut butter (not pictured).

For lunch I made a mediterranean bowl with quinoa, chicken, cucumber, and feta <3 Pique said it's one of his favorite meals I've done. It was so good!

I had popcorn, wheat thins, and a clementine through out the day as snacks

I had quesadillas for dinner- I was feeling lazy lol

The next day, I don't remember what I had for breakfast, but I had a wrap for lunch. DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN TURN ANY SIGNATURE SANDWICH IN TO A WRAP AT SUBWAY?! I didn't!!!!! I had a spicy italian on a spinach wrap and it was sooo good.

For dinner I had zucchini boats with turkey patties. I found the zucchini boat recipe on Pinterest and it was really yummy!!!

This morning, for breakfast I had some banana and peanut butter

For lunch I had some sush and dumplings. :)

And tostadas for dinner!

Today was good, feels good to be back. No bloating today which is a really good sign. Thank you for keeping up <3 we're almost at the halfway mark!
